Holiday Inn Express & Suites Huntsville, an IHG Hotel

We appreciate that the hotel provides free WIFI and the breakfast is very good, much better than expected! The room is clean. The staff are all very friendly and super helpful. For example, we forgot to print the permit for the Algonquin Park visit. The young lady at the front desk helped us print a hard copy. We appreciate those staff members who made the breakfast everyday. Very good quality food and drinks! Thank you all!

It was a very good hotel that has a great pool that can be used to relieve the tiredness of the day. The breakfast was also great with a decent amount of options. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very spacious compared to other hotels.

Everything was great except the bathroom. The toilet was so low to the floor it felt like a child’s toilet. Having knee problems, that was not good. Other than that all was good. Location for us was great. We were visiting several family members and it was centrally located for us. Had a great time. Breakfast was also good. Would stay here again if that one issue was fixed.

I liked the fact that they had reusable toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided in reusable fillable metal bottles. Also, single use plastic was minimal. The staff was super friendly, always wore a genuine smile when addressing customers, and went out of their way to assist.

The room was perfect, very good size, spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Easy to get around in the Hotel, everything was marked to find what we were looking for. Very clean and tidy. Had a pretty smell as you came in the room. The staff were exceptional. Very pleasant. The breakfast was Superb. More than I expected. You couldnt ask for a better breakfast, there was everything that you could want for breakfast. Well Done.
